End of Year 8

Through hands-on, interactive games and creative problem-solving activities, students learn that their school is a business, helping them develop self-confidence, networking skills and enterprise capabilities.

• One day programme, with the potential to be developed into a year-long activity.
• A business volunteer compares the school to a business, showing students that the work in the school contributes to its primary objective: the delivery of quality education.
• Students interact with support staff (secretaries, librarians, caretakers, etc.) in order to develop an appreciation of different roles within a business.
• Participants develop a sense of their own belonging and responsibility, encouraging them to become good corporate citizens.
