Ciaran Sheehan is one of Northern Ireland’s most experienced senior executive recruiters.

With over 15 years experience working at the very top level with the Boards of many of Northern Ireland’s most respected and progressive companies, Ciaran has gained an excellent reputation for appointing world class talent.  He is the person behind many of Northern Ireland’s most renowned senior appointments across Financial Services, IT, Manufacturing, Business Services and Engineering.

Ciaran’s work with Boards of leading organisations has also included the appointment of many Interim Managers and non-executive Directors as well as the successful delivery of a considerable number of key public sector appointments.

Ciaran has held a wide range of Chairman and Board positions within the voluntary sector.  He is a main Board Member for Business in the Community.

Philip Cassidy is Managing Director – Services Europe for Concentrix, with responsibility for Concentrix EU, and the Concentrix Global Applications Group.

An alumnus of the Young Enterprise NI Company Programme, he founded gem – the Global Email Company in 2000, and grew the company over a period of 11 years until its acquisition by Concentrix. The gem business formed the majority of the Concentrix EU operation, and is now comprised of over 1000 employees delivering an exceptional standard of business process outsourcing services to large blue chip clients including Channel 4, Cisco, Tourism Ireland and EA Games.

With significant investments in resources, technology and development, the Global Applications Group is a clear differentiator in the business services marketplace and supports Concentrix clients with industry-leading platforms and solutions to enable customer intimacy.

Mary McKenna

Mary co-founded the successful online learning company Learning Pool in 2006 on the back of a long local government career and a spell as a Silicon Valley dotcommer. Right now I’m interested in talking to people about non exec positions in tech startups or scaleups.  Mary regularly blogs, mainly about startup business and being an entrepreneur but also other things that she encounter’s on her travels that are of interest.
