We are looking for 30 dynamic young people aged between 16-24 to engage in an exciting new pilot programme.
Be the Change is a bespoke experience for you, designed to develop important life and employability skills it will also stimulate your thinking with activities aimed at helping you to overcome barriers, build cross community relationships and learn to appreciate and celebrate diversity.
We are working with a wide range of different organisations on delivering a menu of options for you to choose from – the pilot will include making films, volunteering in other countries, entrepreneurial skills, hospitality skills and many more.
- We are looking for participants who are:
- From the greater Belfast area
- Aged 16-24
- Not in full or part time employment or any formal training
- Available to take part from October to March
You will get £40 per week, on top of benefits as an incentive, travel and child care costs will be covered and you will have an amazing opportunity to participate in an exciting international travel experience.
This pilot programme is about building relationships, developing as a person, gaining skills and qualification, getting more involved in your community and having fun.
