OUR WORK

We partner with business and education to provide opportunities for young people in Northern Ireland to develop entrepreneurial skills, culture and ambitions . Through hands-on experiences, like running their own business and tackling real-world financial and business challenges, young people develop the critical skills employers need: communication, creativity, teamwork, resilience, sustainability and commercial awareness.

WHY WE DO IT

Young Enterprise prepares young people for the future by equipping them with the confidence, creativity, and skills needed in a changing economy. Our mission is to ensure all young people across Northern Ireland get the opportunity to access inclusive entrepreneurship education, regardless of age, social background, or ability.
