Who We Are

Young Enterprise Northern Ireland is a charity that delivers enterprise and financial education to young people across Northern Ireland.

We work with schools, colleges and youth groups to help students develop business and life skills.

We partner with business and education to provide opportunities for young people to develop entrepreneurial skills, culture and ambition.

Through hands-on experiences, young people build communication, creativity, teamwork, resilience, sustainability and commercial awareness.

We prepare young people for the future by equipping them with the confidence, creativity and skills needed in a changing economy.

Our mission is to ensure all young people across Northern Ireland can access inclusive entrepreneurship education, regardless of age, social background or ability.

We are part of the Junior Achievement network, giving us access to evidence-based research and global best practice.

Globally, more than 700,000 volunteers, teachers & mentors inspire over 19 million students in 100+ countries.
